Steps Required to Sign Up for WhiteOakBooks.com Amazon Marketplace Website Service
Filling out this form helps me initially setup your website. You are not commited to keep this settings if you do not like the way they look.
- You must purchase a Domain name. We recommend www.GoDaddy.com
- Go to your domain register and set your NameServers to:

- Sign up and pay for our Service:
(This will generate several automatic emails mentioning hosting.)
Under 5000 Items - Keep All Associate Fees ($20/Quarter)
5001-10,000 Items ($30/Quarter) Keep All Associate Fees ($35/Quarter)
10,001-25,000 Items ($40/Quarter) Keep All Associate Fees ($50/Quarter)
25,001-50,000 Items ($50/Quarter) Keep All Associate Fees ($65/Quarter)
50,001-75,000 Items ($60/Quarter) Keep All Associate Fees ($80/Quarter)
75,001-100,000 Items ($80/Quarter) Keep All Associate Fees ($120/Quarter)
- Fill out the below form which helps me setup the initial bookstore.
- I will create the initial store including a simple logo, any 'About' text from your zshop and standard colors.
- I will send you your website control panel* login so you can customize your bookstore.
- If you have your own logo you can now upload it to the website. (If I haven't already done so)
- You can create your own logo at www.Cooltext.com
(Save the logo as a GIF or JPG and upload it to your website or send it to me. You can also just create it and write down all the settings and email them to me and I will create and upload it.)
- If you wish buttons instead of text links on your main menu you can create them at www.Cooltext.com. You need a 'Home', 'Category Map', 'Contact', 'View Cart'.
Depending on other pages you want on your website you will also need 'About', 'Store Policies' ect.
Write down the settings you used to create the buttons so you can easily create additional ones when needed. Send them to me and I'll enable them on your site.

- Setup your email accounts through your hosting control panel**.
- Configure your email accounts in outlook if you do not wish to use the webbased email.
- Change your look-n-feel of your website through the website control panel*.
- Add all the text and configure your other payments page through the website control panel*.

- Add any other pages you wish to have on the website.
- Do not worry if you have problems doing any of this. I am happy to do all the setup for your website. It just takes a little longer going back and forth to get it looking like you want it.
